This is our bread and butter, our head trainer (Ishmael) has refined his technique and style in order to best suit each and every client; from the university student to corporate managers & from athletes to the over 60s.
Having undergone his own fat loss transformation, Ishmael has taken part in different sports and activities that has influenced the method by which he has helped his clients reach their goals whether they are Fat Loss or Muscle Growth or Increase in Fitness.

The techniques and methods you could be potentially doing to help you lose fat, build muscle or increase fitness are:
- Resistance Training aka Weightlifting
- Circuit Training & HIIT

- Soccer (yes, your PT will use a range of soccer drills to get you fit - who knows you could play for England)
- American Football (yes, your PT will use a range of American football drills to get you in shape)

Sessions expire after 8weeks (we know right... that's generous!)
We offer the traditional 60mins sessions as well as 30mins sessions - so we can help you regardless of your budget and availability in your schedule.
We can train in our Private studio (which doesn't cost you a penny extra - we pay for that) in Purley Way (post code - CR0 4WD), A park near you*, in your home/garden or at your workplace.
We have two types of personal training. They are Monthly & Flexible, both are useful and can be effective depending on your schedule & budget.
That depends on if you follow the plan outside of our sessions but you could start seeing results within 4 weeks
Despite having the most reasonable prices in Croydon we realise personal training does not come cheap. Therefore, we have developed 3 methods of payment to help all our clients.
- Pay in halves = You pay half and after two weeks pay the other half (that easy!)
- Pay weekly = You pay weekly
- Pay in Full = You pay for your session in full.
