Then our beginner personal training package is for you. You will learn the basics of how to use the gym, receive a workout programme to complete outside of the sessions as well as a discount when you upgrade to monthly personal training.
Additionally, you can embark on the beginner package with your partner or your best friend. As long as you are determined to achieve your goal, our trainer ishmael will adjust each exercise to ensure you both achieve your goals in the same session.
