Conventional training boring? Lifting weights not keeping you stimulated? Or you just want to try out boxing or kickboxing?
Then our kickboxfit class is for you. With our kickboxfit class you will be using techniques from boxing, kickboxing & muay thai to help you lose fat and develop your abs and fitness. It's also great if you want an alternative form of cardio. You'll be guaranteed to burn a minimum of 400kcal in the workout.
Your trainer Ishmael has been kickboxing since 2011 and has been taught by a European and British champion. Having initially learnt the sport to lose weight, he now practises for self-defence purposes and fitness.
Not only will you be doing kickboxing work but you will be also focused on building a strong core as well.

We can offer a refund or can use that payment for the class on the following week
